Fashion fair CIFF introduced a beauty section for the first time last February and now reports that it was a success. Therefore, the segment will be expanded at the fair, according to a Linkedin post.
Last February, only Scandinavian cosmetics brands were represented at the fair. Now this area is being expanded to include international brands from the field. The CIFF will make a selection from the brands that apply. Around 20 clean beauty brands from Scandinavia were represented at the last edition.
“By introducing Scandinavian beauty brands and new lifestyle brands, we enable a more holistic approach to the concept of fashion and ensure that buyers, press and consumers experience a more open, inclusive and contemporary show,” says director Sofie Dolva in a statement.
In addition, next summer you will see for the first time how the takeover of the Danish trade fair Revolver by the industry colleague CIFF is shaping up. Whether there will be further changes on the CIFF site is not entirely clear at the moment.
