Church wants to appoint national coordinator in the fight against sexual abuse

There will be a national coordinator who will implement the policy plan for tackling abuse in the Catholic Church. The Bishops’ Conference reported this on Saturday after the new, “tightened” policy plan was presented to victims. The plan also “leaves room” to make reimbursement for psychological guidance for victims possible.
