It is by far the lowest action Rachel Hazes has ever taken: sending her son André Hazes Jr. a summons on Christmas Eve of all days. “Jesus Christ hey, get f*cking life.”
What an incredibly macabre character Rachel Hazes has. She had already ordered her son André Hazes Jr. to stop using the stage name André Hazes (i.e. without Jr.), but is now really going to turn it into a lawsuit. She chose to subpoena him yesterday, Christmas Eve. And that is of course very sad.
Causative agent
André and his family spend Christmas with his sister Roxeanne and her family, and Rachel tries to ruin it in this sickening way. “Christmas Eve is all about love. And for some who are wealthy enough, giving presents,” the folk singer writes Instagram.
“I also received it from my father today… A letter that she is going to summon me. Merry Christmas everyone,” said André, who used the coldest term ever to describe his mother. ‘Creator’. Aw…
Holy sh*t
Ronald Molendijk is in contact with André and is bewildered. He agrees Show news: “He has just finished a big tour and is sitting on the couch enjoying with his family that you work hard for. Then something like this comes in. We actually had some contact, I just sent him a message: ‘Holy sh*there we go.’”
What does André say to that? “He said: ‘I’m just not going to keep my mouth shut anymore, I’m really done with it’, and I understand that too. It’s just not possible to do this, is it? He doesn’t want to accept it anymore and doesn’t want to be quiet anymore. That’s why I think he just did it mail. Then you can just throw it all over yourself. This isn’t normal, is it?
‘Really absurd’
Presenter Airen Mylene cannot believe Rachel’s behavior. “That you also hear this on Christmas Eve…” she says. And about ‘creator’: “You can’t really say it in a more distant way, can you?”
Ronald: “No, you can also say refrigerator or refrigerator. I just find it really, really absurd. Why can’t that woman just say: ‘I’ll leave it and I’ll just focus on my croquette hut in Spain for two years and then maybe there will be room for the children in my life and my grandchildren again.’ How sour can you be?”
No contact
Bram Moszkowicz normally always stands up for Rachel, but even he can’t do that anymore. “I have no contact with her, so I can’t really judge it. In any case, we can conclude that he does not accept that demand and that 2025 will therefore start with summary proceedings.”
What are her chances? “That’s very difficult to say. I think he can continue to perform under that name on his own, but for merchandise it’s probably different. Once she has the rights to do so, she could enforce it. The judge will weigh up interests. What the interests of André Hazes are compared to her interests.”
‘Get a life!’
Ronald thinks Rachel is a reprehensible mother. “I just really can’t handle this. Things happen in all families sometimes, but Jesus Christ, hey, get f*cking life. Unbelievably ordinary.”
Celebrity photographer William Rutten thinks it’s insane. “That you choose this day to send that letter and you have heard and read in the media that they meet each other, the children… That Rox and André are having dinner together with their families… You choose to be the topic of conversation.”
The inevitable next step? Guido den Aantrekker who justifies this sickening action at Shownieuws. He then receives a beautiful Christmas wreath around his neck from Rachel…
