Cibo, music and many guests ready to get involved. These are the ingredients of Christmas dinnershow broadcast this evening at 9.30pm on Rai 1 hosted by Antonella Clerici. Accompanied in the conduction by two bigwigs: Gianni Morandi and Stefano De Martino; while they connect from Rome Alberto Angela and Francesca Fagnani. In the kitchen with Antonella – for the usual Christmas recipes – there is Massimo Bottura.

The format of this new show to celebrate the start of the holidays is all about cooking, music and Christmas stories. Therefore, they are broadcast live from the Rai studios in via Mecenate (in Milan). moments of spectacle accompanied by an astonishing scenography which recreates the magical atmosphere of Christmas.
An evening full of surprises in which Antonella dedicates herself (obviously) to preparing traditional dishes for the holidays but with special help: the award-winning international chef Massimo Bottura. Defined as a “creative genius” by New York Times and not only that, Bottura – among his many activities and commitments – he is also a United Nations ambassador for the global sustainable development goals.

One recently celebrated 80 years of age, the other is now on the launching pad to become one of the leading faces of Rai of the future. Gianni Morandi and Stefano De Martino – with Cena di Natale – find themselves together for the first time in a program in which they will liven up the evening with their sympathy and their performances. «They are two performers, they will do things together and sometimes they will involve me too», anticipated Antonella Clerici a TV Smiles and Songs.

Angela will be connected live while from the Basilica of Saints Cosma and Damiano, to the Imperial Forums, from which she will tell the story of the wonderful nativity scene eighteenth century which is kept right there. Fagnani, however, will converse with Cardinal Mauro Gambetti from St. Peter’s Square to the Vatican, right on the eve of the opening of the Holy Door of the Basilica and the inauguration of the Jubilee.

Also enriching the evening’s lineup of guests are the comedian Katia Follesa and the 12 little finalists of The Voice Kidsthe program also hosted by Antonella Clerici ended last Friday marking a record audience. There the winner of this edition was Melissa Memeti, a thirteen-year-old from Loredana Bertè’s team who defeated the highly favored Maria Sofia Corona from Gigi D’Alessio’s team.
There will also be space for music with Paola Iezzi (who will do a medley of the most famous Christmas songs) and Nek. Finally, the showgirl will complete the cast of the evening Bianca Guaccero.
