Chinese President Xi Jinping has told Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli that his country is keen to work with Egypt to bring “greater security and stability” to the Middle East, Chinese state media reported. Xi was referring to the war between Israel and Hamas, which has been causing major tensions in the region for more than a week.
