Children locked in basement and had to eat their own vomit: Public Prosecution Service investigates serious abuse

A 6-year-old girl was forced to eat her own vomit off the floor, was locked in a basement and allegedly attached to pipes with cable ties. A 7-year-old boy is also said to have been the victim of serious abuse in East Groningen. A criminal investigation is now underway against two mothers for extreme child abuse.
