THEAt school it is closed, the babysitter has disappeared, the grandmother on vacation: help! How many and how many of us happened to have to go to the office and not know where to put the puppet? And how many times have we been forced to jumps – shifts, Last Minute Ludoteche, friends of friends – to save the situation? In the headquarters of Faterin Pescara, where 600 people work, the Kids@Campus initiative has just started: the children – from 6 years old – of the employees – can enter the office together with the parents and do their homework, play or read next to his father’s or mother’s desk, or in some dedicated spaces. A truly innovative and almost unique project.

Kids@Campus is the last piece of this policy. “We followed a security expert to adapt the offices to the required standards,” continues Brigida. “Then we left. The parents-child bond is strengthened ».
In this first phase 4-5 children per day are entering the company. The internal climate suffers positively, there is more serenity, adults play one with the little ones in the canteen. “We realize that the dads, who thus help their companions, use this possibility.” The enthusiasm for the initiative is such that a girl, who left the canteen, said: “Here it seems to be in Mirabilandia!».
