Kurt Krömer’s talk show “Chez Krömer” is coming to an end after seven seasons and 41 episodes. This was announced by Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) on Monday (December 5th).

Krömer can be quoted as follows on behalf of rbb: “For me, it’s time for new artistic adventures. It was clear to me that ‘Chez Krömer’ is not a format that will run forever. I was surprised that it ended up being 41 episodes. That fills my need for assholes.”
With his last sentence from the statement, Krömer could refer, among other things, to his breaking off the show with Faisal Kawusi, since he called his guest an ‘asshole’ during the meeting.
