Third division soccer team Chemnitzer FC has loaned goalkeeper Marius Gersbeck from Bundesliga club Hertha BSC. The 20-year-old received a contract until June 30, 2017, as announced by the CFC on Thursday. The contract applies to the 3rd league and the 2nd Bundesliga. Gersbeck went through all the youth teams at Hertha BSC and remains under contract with the capitals. He has played one game in the Bundesliga so far.
