Chelsea beat Crystal Palace 2-0 to face Liverpool in the FA Cup final.
Chelsea, who took the trophy to its museum 8 times, and Crystal Palace, who could not see beyond the final in the tournament, met in the semi-finals.
Chelsea won the match, played at Wembley Stadium in the capital, London, with goals from Loftus-Cheek in the 65th and Mount in the 76th minute.
Chelsea will face Liverpool in the final on 14 May.
