‘Cheese, but not from the cow’ is rapidly approaching thanks to an investment of millions

Those Vegan Cowboys, the plant-based cheese company from the founders of De Vegetarische Slager, has raised more than 6 million euros in a first financing round. The Dutch-Belgian company wants to use that money to eventually bring ‘real cheese’ to the market, which does not involve a cow.
