Linkin Park have opened their own museum at Rock am Ring for their fans. Only on Friday (June 5th) selected fan club members were able to look at some of the band’s private exhibits in the AMG lounge in the stands at the festival. And they had the opportunity to purchase exclusive merch on site. If they wanted to: Because the prices for T-shirts and hoodies were beyond good and bad.
Linkin Park: Mercedes-AMG merch at Rock am Ring

ROLLING STONE had the opportunity to visit the Linkin Park Museum in advance. However, the prices were not available at this time. Visitors to the merch stand subsequently revealed how much the racing-inspired pieces cost. You paid 60 euros for a T-shirt, you could take a hoodie for 120 euros, and long-sleeved shirts for 85 euros. That’s significantly more than the regular merch at the festival, which is quite expensive at 45 euros per shirt and 85 euros per hoodie.
Almost only paying fan club members could buy it
Of course, the merch was still bought because exclusivity arouses desire – especially because Emily Armstrong herself wore one of the shirts on stage during the encore. So many people asked themselves where they could still get the part. The official customer base only included those fans who pay a membership fee for Linkin Park Underground. So they are already loyal fans of the band.
Linkin Park at Rock am Ring – perhaps the biggest festival moment
Linkin Park played at Ring for the first time 25 years ago. At that time, Mr. Hahn’s synthesizer intro to “With You” sounded – a moment that would be burned into the collective memory of the ring community. In 2026, the DJ will repeat the legendary moment, letting the past and new beginnings wash over the audience.
See pictures from Friday here with headlining acts Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit and Papa Roach.

Why does Campino think that sometimes it’s good to just keep your mouth shut? Why does he sometimes feel like a drinks delivery man? He provides the answer in our cover story about the Toten Hosen’s big farewell, exclusively in issue 06/26. And that’s not all: the magazine includes the world exclusive 7-inch single “Always just loved” – on which Sven Regener from Element of Crime also contributed.
