In the 5th leg of the Formula 1 World Championship, the Miami Grand Prix, the “pole” position was won by Charles Leclerc of Monaco from the Ferrari team.


In the qualifying laps, Leclerc took the first place with a time of 1 minute 28.796 seconds and earned the right to start from the first place in the race to be held over 57 laps on the 5.4-kilometer track with the same name as Miami, USA.


Spaniard Carlos Sainz took the second place 0.190 seconds behind his teammate, and Red Bull’s Dutch driver Max Verstappen took the third place by laps 0.195 seconds slower than the leader.


The fifth race of the season in the championship will start today at 22.30 CEST.
