“No words, rest in peace…” The neighborhood of Lisa R. (14) in Kapellen is in deep mourning after the tragic accident on Friday morning. Lisa was on her way to her school in Essen when she was hit by a bus on Klinkaardstraat around 7.50 am. The girl, who was holding her bicycle to cross, may have misinterpreted a signal from the bus driver. Although the emergency services quickly arrived on the scene and tried to resuscitate her, all help could no longer help.
