Changeable Christmas, with a little ray of sunshine

The upcoming Christmas holidays will remain mainly dry. Mainly on Boxing Day it will remain dry and the sun will even appear. The weather invites you to stretch your legs and go out.

Anyone who goes to a mass or church service tonight will have to put on their raincoat. It will rain tonight, but weatherman Jan Visser says that the showers will stop during the evening. “Mass and church services usually end around 10 a.m., then it will be dry again.”

Code yellow has also been announced for heavy gusts of wind this evening. That warning is over at 8 p.m.

Tomorrow it will remain dry during the day for a longer period of time, but Jan cannot say with certainty whether it will remain completely dry. Jan advises to stay indoors tomorrow evening, because then it could get wet again.

Little to no rain is forecast on Boxing Day. There will probably even be some sunshine around the corner. A great day for a walk on the beach.
