Chamber wants more restrictions for nuisance offenders in immigration detention: more hours in jail and luxury goods should be banned

A large part of the House of Representatives would like to see the regime within immigration detention become stricter. After a Russian asylum seeker hanged himself in his cell in 2013, work was being done on a law that would give foreigners in detention more freedoms. The call to tackle those causing nuisance by introducing more restrictions is now becoming stronger.
