Chamber fiercely about Russia, wants tougher sanctions and more money for Defense quickly

The House of Representatives was largely unanimous on Monday during the Ukraine debate and strongly condemned the Russian invasion of Ukraine. A large majority supports the government’s approach and, in addition, advocates even tougher sanctions. The parties also want more money to go to Defense quickly. Defense Minister Kajsa Ollongren will map out the options for this.
