The shoe supplier Gabor Shoes AG is about to change management. On Monday, the Rosenheim-based company announced that Achim Gabor would resign as CEO. According to a statement, Gabor will be retiring in mid-July “for health reasons”. The company wants to announce who will take over the executive chair in the future “in due course”.
The traditional company also emphasized that business operations would continue “unrestricted”. “With the existing board and management structures and our committed employees, all our customers, suppliers and partners can rely on continuous and reliable cooperation in the usual Gabor manner,” explained the outgoing CEO Achim Gabor in a statement.
