Celtic won the Scottish League Cup

Celtic beat local rival Rangers 2–1 in the final of the Scottish League Cup.

Glen Kamara played for over an hour on the grass at Hampden Park when the Glasgow giants met in the Scottish League Cup final.

Rangers manager By Michael Beale credit to the Finn was visible because Kamara marched in the opening game for the Gers. However, Beale was forced to bench the Huhkajat star in the 64th minute as he had received a warning moments earlier Reo Hateten from crashing.

The situation was already 2–1 for Celtic at that point. Japanese Kyogo Furuhashi humiliated the Rangers defense either side of the half-time whistle before the former HJK striker Alfredo Morelos reduced the final numbers in the 64th minute.

In the end, Rangers couldn’t make a proper effort, and Celtic could reasonably easily secure the 21st League Cup title in their history.

The two are also fighting for the Premier League title, but that too is going to the striped shirts. Celtic have a solid nine-point neck to secure their top spot.

The neighborhood’s superiority is well illustrated by the fact that Hearts is already 22 points behind Rangers in third place in the league.
