One moment the heating works, the next it doesn’t. And if the heating is working, there is a good chance that there is no hot water in the kitchen or in the shower. It is a problem that the residents of Venning have been struggling with for some time and for which there is no solution.
“This situation is seriously stressful. You want to take care of the children, do the dishes, do the housework… but that’s not possible. Tonight we will also celebrate New Year’s Eve without heating, but with a thick coat and a blanket,” says resident Andy Verslycken.
