Greek representative Panathinaikos Aktor officially announced that he has signed a two -year new contract with the 30 -year -old Turkish star Cedi Osman. The club announced that the experienced striker will continue to wear Panathinaikos uniform until the end of the 2026-27 season.

Osman shared his feelings after the new contract, “Such a legendary club, every season for a team struggling for the championship for two more years I feel really lucky. Here great people, extraordinary coaches and magnificent teammates. I’m really happy to be here,” he said.

Osman sent a special thanks to the fans of Panathinaikos, “From the first moment I came here, the fans impressed me. Everything is really great. We love them very much, we know that they love us! It makes me happy to continue playing for them.” he said.

Osman, this season, Turkish Airlines Euroleague playoffs for the former team against Anadolu Efes will wear. Panathinaikos will compete to get the Final Four 2025 ticket in the five -game series. They will also pursue the second championship in the Greek League.

Osman, who also shares his goals, “Of course my goal is to win as many cups as possible. But first of all, the Euroleague championship does not come out of my mind. My primary goal is to win that cup with this season!” emphasized his determination with his words.

Cedi Osman, who had 496 games in the NBA, returned to Europe in September last year and signed a one -year contract with Panathinaikos. With the new contract, his career in the Greek giant will continue at least two more seasons.
