Tell us a little about your beginnings and your tour in the professional field
My professional beginnings were marked by a solid link with the business world from strategic communication, advertising and marketing. That first stage allowed me to directly understand the internal dynamics of organizations and their evolution challenges. Over time, I started actively participating in the national entrepreneurial ecosystem, promoting training programs oriented to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, with special focus on the economic development of women. That tour led me to occupy leadership positions such as the Vice Presidency of ASA (Association of Entrepreneurs of Argentina) and the global presidency of the Wed Ambassadors (Women’s Entrepreneurship Day), which positioned me as a reference for entrepreneurial leadership in Latin America. Almost a decade ago, I participated in the Innovation Program in Israel “Innovation Experience” and was a scholarship by the US Department of State to attend the Global Entrepreneurship Summit at Stanford University. Both experiences marked a before and after in my vision about leadership, innovation and business transformation.
How can you help through your vast training and experience?
With more than fifteen years leading initiatives in Latin America, I have accompanied companies, governments and international organizations in change processes that integrate technology, leadership and impact. I provide conferences, design executive training programs and advise leaders, teams and consultants in the evolution of their business models in the era of artificial intelligence.
I am the creator of the method Business Evolution Mindset ™ (Bem)a proposal that fuses strategic thinking, emerging technologies and adaptive intelligence centered on people. This approach helps leaders and organizations to adapt, make decisions with vision and climb in dynamic contexts.
