The Ministry of Agriculture will prepare amendments to the bill for the second reading in the State Duma. Legislation should provide for the registration of pets in accordance with the instructions of the President on the formation of a responsible attitude towards animals in society.
According to Burmatov, the Russians are waiting for the registration of cats and dogs, as many of them are lost and with the marking they will be easier to find. In addition, accounting will bring to justice the people who threw the animal away. This will make it possible to punish owners who refuse dogs after they sent them on their own, and the animals attacked people.
