It’s time! The party of all parties is finally coming, because with 3 Uurkes Vurraf, the official start of the carnival party will follow on Friday. Of course you can follow carnival for days on the channels of Omroep Brabant, but this is what you can expect today.
Program:
- 13.00 to 15.00 – 2 Hours of Fire Glow
- 3pm to 6pm – 3 Hours Vurraf
- From 6 p.m.: Mop radio
2 Hours of Fire Glow
However, it will not be a cold start for the visitors of the festival: they will be warmed up from 13:00 with 2 Uurkes Vurgloe. That program can also be seen and heard on radio and TV.
Maarten Kortlever and Koen Wijn pull out all the stops during ‘2 Hours’ to bring everyone into the right carnival mood. They also take a look behind the scenes at 3 Uurkes Vurraf and speak to numerous carnival artists.
3 Hours Vurraf
During 3 Hours Vurraf, the very best and most popular carnival artists will perform. Think of Lamme Frans, Gebroeders Ko, Lawineboys, Alpenzusjes, Gullie, René Schuurmans, Huub Hangop, Snollebollekes and of course the winner of this year’s Kies je Kraker.
3 Hours starts at 3 p.m., from the tent on Stadhuisplein in Lampegat. It can be followed on our app/site, TV, radio and Facebook.
Mop radio
Do you want to enjoy all carnival music at home or in the car? Then listen to Dweilradio from 6 p.m.
Party until Tuesday
Of course it doesn’t stop there. From kick-off Friday afternoon to Tuesday evening, February 21, Roeptoetgat (as Omroep Brabant is called during carnival) will be the last carnival celebrator to turn off the lights. Because of course we are there every carnival day with the Fijnfisjenie Café.
