Carl Devos after the poll: “People clearly say to the politicians: ‘What are you waiting for to intervene?’”

More than nine in ten Flemish people feel that something urgently needs to be done to get the budget back on track. That is the most important conclusion of the poll by HLN and VTM NIEUWS, analyzes political science professor Carl Devos (UGent). “This government, like that of Dehaene and Martens, has support to intervene and reform. The population is actually saying: what is the government waiting for?”
