In the middle of the divorce dispute, Offset requests a paternity test for Cardi B’s fourth child – but the court decides otherwise. What’s behind it.
Offset has requested genetic testing for Cardi B’s fourth child with Stefon Diggs to confirm the father’s identity.
As TMZ reported, the rapper filed the petition on February 25 as part of his divorce proceedings. The court rejected this request, but granted another request: According to this, one of the rapper’s other children should be subjected to a DNA test.
Three children together
Cardi B, real name Belcalis Almánzar, and Offset, real name Cairo Kendrell Cephus, have three children together: Kulture Kiari Cephus (7), Wave Set Cephus (4) and Blossom (1).
From a shared song to marriage
The collaboration for their joint song “Lick” brought the two rappers together. They started dating in February 2017 and married secretly in September 2017. However, the relationship was anything but stable: due to Offset’s affairs, there were repeated on-off relationships.
Their daughter Kulture was born in 2018. Two years later, Cardi B separated from Offset, but then returned to him – whereupon their child Wave was born. In 2024, the two musicians separated again and Cardi B filed for divorce. That same year she became pregnant with their third child, Blossom.
Drama in the divorce process
There is considerable drama between the two. The judge in charge has already banned the former couple from “degrading or defaming each other on social media or in interviews.”
Cardi B still contacted her ex-husband after he was involved in a shooting in Florida on Monday. The rapper is reportedly doing well.
New partner: Stefon Diggs
The music now has a new partner: the football player Stefon Diggs. In September 2025, the two announced that they were expecting a child together. The rapper told CBS Mornings: “I’m excited, I’m happy, I’m comfortable.”
The couple’s son was born in November 2025; his name is not yet publicly known.
Breakup rumors after the Super Bowl
It remains unclear whether Cardi B and Diggs are still together. Breakup rumors began circulating after the two unfollowed each other on Instagram following the Super Bowl in February. Now, however, Diggs is said to have attended Cardi B’s “Little Miss Drama” tour in Washington, DC on Wednesday.
