A car left the road this evening and ended up in a ditch along the N391 near Emmen. The accident happened around 9:15 p.m.
It is unclear how the vehicle left the road. The driver was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The car was recovered from the ditch by a salvage company. During the emergency services and recovery, one lane was temporarily closed, which caused some traffic disruption.
