A car crashed on Sunday night at the point where the A58 turns into the A16 at the Galder junction. The car ended up on the side of the road and knocked a light pole out of the ground.
The driver was able to get out of the wreck himself. According to the police, he was very lucky. According to police officers from Etten-Leur, the driver appeared to be under the influence and was taken to a hospital for examination.
