Capital Bras’ ex-manager Drilon shares new information about the rapper’s health. Relapse already in the summer, 24/7 care planned.
Capital Bra recently confessed to a relapse into drug addiction in an Instagram video. His former manager Drilon suggested that drug use started much earlier than previously thought. Now the ex-manager gave another update – the rapper should be looked after around the clock in order to get back on the right track.

Capital Bra addressed his almost four million fans in an emotional Instagram video that he recently shared in his story. In it, the German rapper admitted that he had suffered a relapse into drug addiction. In the clip, which showed him with a bloody nose, the 31-year-old said: “Everything you’ve seen and heard is true.” He further explained to his followers: “I struggled with it for a long time, with my addiction, and put very, very many people in a strange position. In a very difficult position.” Shortly before he ended the video, he admitted to himself in front of the public: “I can’t ask for forgiveness anymore. It’s no fun living like this.”
The artist, whose real name is Vladislav Balovatsky, had already made it public in 2020 that he was addicted to the painkiller Tilidin.
Ex-manager reveals details: relapse in the summer, hospital stay in August
His long-time confidant and former manager Drilon had previously indicated in an annual review that Capital Bra had already relapsed in the summer of 2025. “If you party too much, your body can no longer participate, including your nose,” he explained in retrospect. Accordingly, the rapper had to be taken to the hospital in August. A planned joint album with Samra BERLIN LEBT 3 did not materialize at this stage.

Drilon, who is currently on vacation in Thailand and says he is in close contact with the rapper, has now given the all-clear to worried fans in his Instagram story. He explained: “Given the circumstances, he is currently doing okay.”
He also told the community that “24/7” support was already on the way to Capital Bra – which chose Cyprus as its adopted home a few years ago. Miriton, one of the artist’s closest friends, is now traveling by plane and will look after Capital Bra around the clock from the moment he arrives. According to his ex-manager, he wants to take a break for the time being and report back personally as soon as he is feeling better again.
