Billy Dans, André Hazes jr.’s new songwriter, lashes out at the singer’s old musical team in a major interview with De Telegraaf. “It was a whole different level before.”
André Hazes jr. has exchanged the somewhat elderly musical team consisting of Bram Koning, Edwin van Hoevelaak and Marcel Fisser for the much younger Billy Dans and his mates. The way is not chic: André had not even informed the trio. But that Bram is now raging in the media like a nagging child is even more embarrassing.
Very different level
It seems that camp André now wants to give his old mates a good heel, because his new songwriter Billy catches up today The Telegraph hard on them. “Looking at André’s talent, I must honestly say that his old team has dropped some stitches. There is so much more to this boy than what has been taken out.”
André’s old songs just weren’t good enough, says Billy. “At a certain point we looked at each other and said: ‘This is a completely different level than before.’ And of course I am not doing this alone.”
Only hits
Hansen Tomas and Oliver de la Rosa also play a very important role in the production of André’s new album, according to Billy. An album that according to him is very promising. “I almost dare to say that they are all hits. We are really in a luxurious position.”
He concludes: “We still have to wait and see when we will release the first single, you can only do a comeback well once. First he will do Holland sings Hazes, then something will come soon.”
