The Netherlands needs a large investment bank that the government has to put ten billion euros in, present fifty prominent figures from the business community and administration. This government bank can thus raise money from investors and investors such as pension funds so that at least 100 billion euros is released to invest in large investment projects for defense, energy and technology.
