It is not a quiet time for Dennis anyway. He is busy realizing a new building at this location, exactly at a time when he already gets extra visitors. “Of course we have the closure of the Coentunnel, the bridge closures, Dance Valley … there has been a lot lately. But we can handle it. Occasionally it is nice if it is just as quiet. Otherwise I could not have helped you, haha.”
