Youssoufa Moukoko is currently only available as a joker at Borussia Dortmund. Nevertheless, the BVB youngster apparently continues to attract great interest on the transfer market. Real Madrid are said to have the international on their radar.
Youssoufa Moukoko is considered a great promise for the future at Borussia Dortmund. At the moment, however, the 18-year-old has to line up behind Sebastian Haller and new signing Niclas Füllkrug – not an easy situation for the attacker.
Although Moukoko currently only plays a reserve role at BVB, he is said to be in Real Madrid’s sights. According to the Spanish portal “Defensa Central”, the Royals are not ruling out an advance next summer.
As the media report goes on to say, BVB should not categorically reject an early separation. Moukoko is also thinking about a change of scenery, according to “Defensa Central”. The possible transfer fee is 35 million euros.
Prominent competition at BVB
The center forward still has a contract with Borussia Dortmund until 2026. This means that BVB will ultimately have more leverage. It remains unclear in which role the Black and Yellows plan for Moukoko.
The German World Cup driver has received an additional competitor in his position with the arrival of Bundesliga top scorer Niclas Füllkrug (previously at Werder Bremen). Sebastien Haller is currently at the forefront under head coach Edin Terzic.
BVB: Other clubs interested in Youssoufa Moukoko?
Moukoko therefore has to stretch in order to get the desired playing time at BVB in the current season.
“Defensa Central” brings other possible buyers into play with Liverpool FC, Chelsea FC, FC Barcelona and Juventus. What is true about the transfer speculation remains to be seen in the coming weeks and months.
