Karim Adeyemi has succeeded in a dream goal against Lille. However, the BVB star did not quite agree with the name of a reporter.
In the 22nd minute of the game against OSC Lille it became spectacular: Borussia Dortmund’s striker Karim Adeyemi lurked on the Frenchman border of the French and circled the ball with the outside of the outside of the right corner. The play equipment still touched the item. A dream goal. His trainer Niko Kovac said after the game: “He does everything right, you can see what he has for self -confidence at the moment.”
In the interview afterwards, the Field reporter of the broadcasting broadcaster “Amazon Prime” Adeyemis Tor described as a “remarkable goal” and described him as a “Sunday shot” – just as in football is generally noteworthy but very happy distance shots that land in the goal.
However, Adeyemi did not agree. He corrected his counterpart. “No, it wasn’t a Sunday shot. Today is Tuesday,” replied the four -time German international – and added: “Nah, but it was good. Good thing it went in.” Nevertheless, he was not satisfied.
This was probably due to the final result of 1: 1 (1: 0), which BVB manifested itself through a goal of Hákon Arnar Haraldson in the 68th minute (you can read more about this here.). The home side missed offensive, especially in the second half. “Perhaps it was a bit unclean – generally of the team. And that’s why it was difficult to generate goal opportunities,” said Adeyemi.
