BVB candidate Le Fée goes to Stade Rennes – briefly “thinking about moving abroad”

Lorient’s courted attacking force Enzo Le Fée has opted to remain in Ligue 1. The 23-year-old signed a five-year contract with FC Stade Rennes on Friday evening. In addition to Borussia Dortmund, where he was traded alongside Edson Álvarez from Ajax Amsterdam as a potential reinforcement for midfield, Bayer Leverkusen and Eintracht Frankfurt are said to have been interested in a transfer of the right foot.

Le Fée, who increased his valuation this year from 12 to 20 million euros and was thus the most valuable Lorient professional, reportedly changes for a fair market value of 20 million euros including bonuses, which puts him in third place among the record departures in Lorient’s club history sorted. Stade Rennes has spent four times as much on a newcomer in its history.
