Surprisingly, Busta Rhymes announced a new single called “Luxury Life” on his Instagram channel. The track is a collaboration with rapper Coi Leray. A first excerpt from the song including the music video can already be seen on his social account. The entire track will then be released on Friday.
In the video snippet, Busta Rhymes can be seen with Coi Leray, who appear to be pulling off a robbery together for the clip. In the caption, the rapper, producer and songwriter euphorically teases the single and video and even says that the piece will be a “banger”.
In 1996, Busta Rhymes released his debut solo album THE COMING and achieved his international breakthrough. Since then he has worked with the likes of The Notorious BIG, Jay-Z and Mary J Blige. The Grammy-nominated rapper most recently released a deluxe version of THE COMING in 2021 to properly celebrate the 25th anniversary of his debut album.
