Burkina Faso and Cameroon shared their trump card in the third place match of the African Cup of Nations. The match ended in a 3-3 draw and the match was extended to penalties. On penalties, Cameroon won 5-3 and finished third in the tournament.
The goals that brought the victory to Burkina Faso were scored by Yago in the 24th minute, Onana (KK) in the 43rd minute and Djibril Ouattara in the 49th minute.
Cameroon’s goals came from Bahoken in the 71st minute and Aboubakar in the 85th and 87th minutes.
