Well, the “from Frankfurt” probably referred to the picture, because in the interview he said (funnily enough the part in the article was left out here):

Quote from Heidel

The nice colleagues from Frankfurt can write what they want. They have been writing what they want for two months.
There are other methods in Frankfurt. We have to live with that. And that’s okay for us.
He took Eintracht sports director Markus Krösche out of his criticism: “We have no noise with each other. When I talk to Markus, it is completely mysterious where it comes from.”

Thanks for the full quote.

This is bad journalism to leave out the part of the quotation that damages the desired narrative. But the picture is meant, you would virtually pull your own shop through the dirt ..

At the transfer market, this has not been surprising for a long time, you have also fed an interview with Caci wrongly to generate a headline.
It has now also become totally opaque whether the leak really comes from Eintracht or just try to have announced the next big transfer first. Unfortunately, this is a negative aspect of the Romano age, everyone wants to be the next large insider and later say: “I told you”

At Jonny Burkardt, everything was really chewed by ominous agreements, alleged clauses, agreement and stadium visits in childhood, without even a public statement by the protagonists. In my opinion, Heidel’s criticism goes 0% in the direction of Krösche, if he criticized it, he would have expressed it that way, because Heidel does not take a leaf out of his mouth.

I am happy when the story finally comes to an end, no matter how it goes out, whether it changes, be it for 22 million or for 37 million. As a Mainz fan, I would rather be able to deal with a successor instead of the media theater.
