Burglars struck on Wednesday morning at jeweler Vlemmix Juwelen on Marktstraat in Ravenstein. The police report this. The thieves were caught red-handed.
The burglary took place around seven in the morning. The damage to the front of the store is extensive. There is a lot of glass on the ground.
After the burglary, two people ran away towards the railway track in Ravenstein. One of them was carrying a Nettorama bag. The police are still looking for the two.

“It is not yet known what was stolen,” the police said. “This is because the display cabinets have been smashed and an inventory must be made by the owner.”
The police are investigating.
