A burglar was caught red-handed on Saturday evening by a local resident on Monseigneur Bekkersstraat in Sint-Michelsgestel. The local resident gave chase.
The chase was unsuccessful, as the burglar ran away. Burgernet then shared a message with the call to be on the lookout for the suspect.
A frame was allegedly forced to enter the house. The resident was not home at the time.
Officers will investigate the neighborhood on Saturday evening and interview witnesses. The police are also looking for camera images.
It is not known whether the burglar took the stolen property.
