Bundesliga matchdays 20 to 25 canceled: BVB vs. Schalke on Saturday evening

On Tuesday, the German Football League (DFL) scheduled the games in the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 until mid-March 2023. Matches from the 20th to the 25th matchday of the current 2022/23 season were scheduled. The DFL announced that the next precise appointments are expected to be in the 9th calendar week of the coming year (February 27 to March 3, 2023).

For example, the district derby between FC Schalke 04 and Borussia Dortmund will take place on the 24th match day on a Saturday evening (March 11, 2023) at 6:30 p.m. The same applies to the duel between the European Cup participants RB Leipzig and 1. FC Union Berlin on the 20th match day (February 11). The game between Borussia Mönchengladbach and FC Bayern Munich will kick off on February 18 at 3:30 p.m.

In the 2nd Bundesliga, Hamburger SV has to play twice in the Saturday evening game against the direct competition: On February 11th at 8:30 p.m. against 1. FC Heidenheim 1846, on February 25th the North German table leaders Darmstadt 98 host the top- Game. The Lower Saxony derby between Eintracht Braunschweig and Hannover 96 will take place on Saturday, March 18, at 1:00 p.m.
