One talking point in construction today and it’s not ‘The Masked Singer’. Prices of building materials are shooting through the roof. It would improve in 2022, experts thought, but it doesn’t. Also in the past month, Belgian construction companies saw prices of materials rise by up to a quarter. Everything is becoming more expensive and that saves tens to hundreds of thousands of euros at the bottom of the line. “We also wonder who can continue to pay for this.”
