BTS bring their “Arirang” world tour to the big screen for one night only – with a live screening of their home game in Busan, South Korea.
The event is scheduled for June 13 – BTS’ official anniversary date – and will take place at the Busan Asiad Municipal Stadium. “BTS World Tour ‘Arirang’ in Busan: Live Viewing” will be broadcast live in cinemas worldwide via Trafalgar Releasing.
Tickets are available from May 28th. Further information, including a list of participating cinemas, can be found on the official BTS Live Viewing website.
Return home to Busan
The concert is the ROLLING STONE cover stars’ first appearance in their home stadium since 2022 – the group returns to the familiar location after their mandatory military service.
“We are proud to continue our role in BTS’s comeback of the decade with this live viewing from Busan,” said Trafalgar CEO Marc Allenby in a statement. “This special day falls on the anniversary of the group’s debut and gives fans around the world the opportunity to celebrate, wherever they are. Together with our cinema partners, we look forward to making this a must-see event.”
BTS are currently in the middle of the North American leg of their “Arirang” world tour, which concludes next week with four nights at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Afterwards there are two shows in Busan on the program before the group sets off for a European leg at the end of June. Another North American leg begins August 1st with two nights at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and concludes in early September after four shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
The “Arirang” world tour in support of BTS’ latest album is currently scheduled until March 14th.
