Petrone had been hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery. The young Angri footballer had his spleen removed and after a few days in intensive care the good news finally arrived. Dorotea, the boy’s mother, in an interview with Corriere della Sera recounted the most painful moments of the last few hours: “I entered Bruno’s room and managed to give him a kiss – she said -. He shook my hand, letting me know to stay calm. Then with his lips, without speaking, he asked me: ‘Can I go back to playing?'”. The club’s hope is to see him back on the pitch as soon as possible. With the same smile as always.
