Pattyn from Bruges makes packaging automation systems. The family business – which has been around for 70 years – specializes in automating bulk packaging processes, including in the food industry. The West Flemish people are active worldwide, with six production locations in our country, France and Spain.
Overlooker is the American company Duravant, specialized in automation solutions. The acquisition was already announced in February, and is now final. A takeover amount has not been released.
