“People often do not realize that there is constant water under our feet. With these monitoring wells we can accurately measure the water levels,” says Timothy De Kleyn of IFLUX, which guides the project.
Ships of the Franky Demon Domain explains: “During dry periods such as this summer, we can water and water trees in this way. In the event of heavy rain, we know where the water should first be buffered. This is an important step in the climate robuuster of Bruges.”
