The Bruges Department Procurer YS is given a disciplinary sentence on appeal for inappropriate statements towards the lawyer with whom his son, who received prior knowledge in the magistrate exam, did an internship. The Dutch -speaking disciplinary bank on appeal imposed the departmental procurer the deduction of twenty percent of his wage for three months.
