In the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, a jeweler on Kerkstraat in Den Bosch was broken into. Fireworks and probably also scooters and heavy tools have been used to enter the store. There is no trace of the perpetrator (s).
According to a police spokesperson, there is damage to the roller shutter of the jewelry store. A window would also have been damaged. In addition, several showcases would have been broken open. The spokesperson cannot say whether it has also been taken out of it.
When the fireworks light up, a lot of smoke was released, for this, agents called in the Explosives Security (TEV) team.
The perpetrator (s) wore a balaclava and fled after the burglary, probably in the direction of the parade.
The police are investigating the burglary and requesting people who know more to report.
