The appearance of American actor Bradley Cooper, 50, has recently sparked a debate.

Doctor specializing in plastic surgery Rian Maercks estimated to the Daily Mail that Cooper may have undergone a procedure that tightens the sides of the face or neck to achieve a more youthful appearance.
The operation in question does not target the middle part of the face, which causes the general appearance of the face to change. Maercks analyzes how modern facelift operations often emphasize cutting the sides while neglecting the center of the face.

Plastic surgeon John Diaz on the other hand, he estimated for the British magazine that Cooper’s different appearance is due to the aging of his face.
