Boys who are hugs for Jeffrey and Emma Steelen are released under certain conditions

The two men suspected of stealing hugs at the memorial site for Jeffrey and Emma in Winschoten are released on Friday under certain conditions. The Public Prosecution Service reports that the two “before the weekend” are released pending their lawsuit. The two must answer for a police judge on 10 June.
